Simone Kessler (they/she) is a fabricator, animator, and production designer based in Chicago, IL. They love making anything that involves practical fabrication and are interested in the intersection of traditional art techniques and animation principles. Simone is a junior at DePaul University pursuing a BFA in Animation with a concentration in Cinema and a minor in Production Design.

In their free time, Simone enjoys caring for animals as a cat foster parent, a part-time dog walker, and a parent to two cats at their family home in Maryland. She often finds inspiration from these critters and incorporates this into her work.​
